QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Jnr & Snr position)

(Project)

Responsibilities:

• Taking off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for sub-contractors.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
• Any other duties assigned by Superior or Management.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years or more relevant work experiences in Singapore Construction sector; 8 years & above if apply for Senior or Managerial position.
• Fresh graduates or those without experience may apply
• Salary will be commensurate in accordance with work experience and qualifications etc
• Only Singapore/SPR need apply
