Roles& Responsibilities

• Tender quantity taking off and calling quotation
• Prepare, negotiate and evaluate cost for subcontractor works
• Perform contract administration including but not limiting to valuation of payments and variations claims in accordance to contract requirements
• Attend site meetings and consultant VO meetings
• Prepare and submit monthly progress main claim and VO costing to consultants
• Coordinate with site for project, subcon and contractual issues
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:-

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Engineering from a recognized Institution
• Min 2 Years of Quantity Surveying Experience as QS or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process
• Able to work independently
• Team player with Positive learning and Positive working attitude
• Able to work under tight deadline with less supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
