Roles and Responsibility

This role requires the individual to work independently and with team members within a growing SME.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender, quotations and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• Perform quantity take off and attend site visits;
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;
• Perform risk, value management and cost control;
• Prepare and analyse costing for tenders;
• Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors
• Allocate work to subcontractors;
• Preparation of Progress Claim and/or Payment Response
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
• Value completed work

Requirements:

• Possess a matured attitude and a keen sense to learn.
• Highly motivated, confident and self-driven.
• Responsible, independent
• Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
• Minimum 3 years' working experience
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to read and write in English
• Skilled in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPointand Excel.
• Possess at least a Bacherlor's Degree certification or higher in building or construction, civil or structural engineering;
