Job Summary

Perform quantity surveying tasks including quantity take-offs, tender evaluation, and progress claims to support project tendering and execution in residential, government, and commercial building sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs to support tendering of construction projects
• Evaluate tenders and prepare detailed tender submissions and quotations
• Measure and prepare monthly progress claims for ongoing projects
• Source and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations for tendering
• Execute additional quantity surveying duties as assigned to support project requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of experience working on public and private residential, government, and commercial building projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD software
• Collaborate effectively within teams and manage time to meet tight deadlines
