Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, maintain and manage of tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
2. Measure of quantities from drawings.
3. Prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
4. Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
5. Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
6. Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
7. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim evaluation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
8. Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer.
9. Prepare / verification / upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.
10. Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
2. Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
