Responsibilities:

· Responsible for tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing

· Source quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers

· Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration

· Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

· Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures

· Prepare and submit monthly progress claim

· Negotiate and award sub-contracts

· Process sub contractor claims and contractual payment

· Prepare and manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

· Attend project meetings and tender interviews

· Prepare materials samples for approval

Requirements:

· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.

· Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor

· Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works

· Proactive, meticulous and conscientious

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
