• Taking off quantities
• Pre and post contract administration
• Prepare VO, claims
• Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and etc
• Provide support in any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Possess Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• One to two years working experience is required in pre-tender & post-tender of schools, condominium & other building projects.
• Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and good negotiation skill.
• Able to multi-task, initiative and driven to learn
• Must be organized, independent with minimum supervision, good sense of responsibilities and resourceful
• Knowledge in ISO will be an added advantage
• Able to start work in short notice
