Procurement of subcontractors/ suppliers for day-to-day purchasing.

Preparation of comparison tables for quotations submitted by subcontractors/ suppliers and recommendations to the Management for approval.

To assist the project manager with the price negotiation and award of sub-contractors.

Preparation of Letter Of Award (LOA) and/or subcontract agreements for awarded subcontract works.

To assist the project engineer/ manager or site supervisor in purchasing construction materials needed for the project.

To track the delivery progress of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays.

Submission and monitoring of monthly & final project claims.

Evaluation & preparation of Variation Orders (VO).

Liaison with subcontractors and clients on the cost-related and contractual issues during the course of the works

Assessment of subcontractors/ suppliers' monthly progress claims including VO claims.

Preparation/ certification of progress payment claims.

To carry out site measurement.

Handle tender process, such as sourcing quotation, analyzing and evaluating for tender costing for the Tender submission.

Taking off quantities, prepare bill of qualities and scope of work for subcontractors/ suppliers.

Preparation of final settlement of accounts for subcontractors/ suppliers.

To manage contractual matters.

Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement

Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Proficient in MS Office and Autocad (3D will be an advantage)

Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
