QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying

· Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

· Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reporting to Tenders & Contracts Manager

· Perform quantity take off, identifying, and measuring the quantities of materials required.

· Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

· Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.

· Implement and maintain cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

· Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
