Roles and Responsibilities:

• Quantity takes off for Structural Steel and Metal Works.

• Responsible for pre-tender estimate and prepare tender documentation for tender submission.

• Responsible for timely submission of progress claims.

• Responsible for sub-con payment certificates, variation orders and settlement of final account as well as maintaining project documentations.

• Responsible for preparing and formalizing work orders and sub-contract.

• Evaluates quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers and prepares comparison table.

• In charge of procurement from sourcing to purchasing.

• Prepare and issue purchase order to suppliers.

• Perform negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure company get the most competitive price.

• Responsible for monthly company purchase report.

• Performs other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Engineering.

· An industry recognized certification/ qualification in Quantity Surveying

· Able to work under pressure and meet deadline

· Able to work independently with strong commitment

· Good technical skill, result oriented and quick learner

· Able to commence work with short notice
