1. Pre and Post-Tenders QS Scope of Works

2. Manage various aspects of contract and commercial management

3. Take-off quantity and prepare bill of quantity

4. Ensure construction and production costs are managed efficiently

5. Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate for solution

6. Finalization of project account with Clients and Sub-Contractors.

7. Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

. Candidate possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

. Preferably 1-3 year(s) of HDB project experience in a related field is required for this position.

. Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

. Preferably well versed in Glodon Cubicost

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

.Proficient technical knowledge - measurement,cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law

.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
