Senior/Quantity Surveyor

• Reports to the Contracts Manager
• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers
• Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
• 2 to 5 years relevant experience with contractor.
• Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior QS
• Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered
• Detailed, with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline
