• Working hours: 5.5days

Responsibilities:

• Handle Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration for projects.
• Conduct material and quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and budgeting.
• Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Independently manage project bidding and tender submissions.
• Administer project and contract documentation.
• Oversee material ordering and inventory management.
• Prepare and manage project progress claims, payment responses, and variation orders.
• Take full responsibility for sizable project claims and related processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Works, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-end renovation or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of M&E construction materials, procurement, and fit-out project processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
