Job Summary

Support quality assurance processes by managing quality notifications, performing inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain manufacturing standards and ensure product compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily meetings to review and resolve quality notifications effectively
• Update and maintain quality notification records accurately in SAP system
• Execute system transactions and manage physical parts at quarantine locations to ensure proper handling
• Perform material purge and conduct inspections to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address quality issues and improve processes
• Support First Article Inspection activities during periods of high demand to verify product compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Engineering
• Experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal customers and suppliers
• Team-oriented mindset and professional work philosophy
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as required

Other Information

• Remuneration: $2300 - $3000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM
• Annual leave: 10 days
• Medical leave: 14 days
• Medical claims covered for government clinics and hospitals
• Completion bonus available
