This is a 1-year contract position.
Working location: 2 international business park, Tower 1
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description:

• Provide Quality support at customer's site
• To manage and maintain customer's key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer complaint rate and yield rate
• Act as a quality bridge between the Company and customers to resolve issues
• Receive, process and track quality anomalies and feedback from customers
• Well versed with quality methods and quality tools
• Possess good attitude and interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships

Job Requirements:

• This role requires frequent travelling to overseas for business trips
• Candidate with at least 3 years of related experience preferred
• Possess knowledge of monitors, displays will be of advantage
• This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required
