Job Description
This is a 1-year contract position.
Working location: 2 international business park, Tower 1
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Description:
- Provide Quality support at customer's site
- To manage and maintain customer's key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer complaint rate and yield rate
- Act as a quality bridge between the Company and customers to resolve issues
- Receive, process and track quality anomalies and feedback from customers
- Well versed with quality methods and quality tools
- Possess good attitude and interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships
Job Requirements:
- This role requires frequent travelling to overseas for business trips
- Candidate with at least 3 years of related experience preferred
- Possess knowledge of monitors, displays will be of advantage
- This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required
