Responsibilities

·      Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and objectives to achieve zero-defect goals.

·      Customer/Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary contact for quality issues with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

·      Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Quality Engineers and inspectors, fostering a "Safety First, Quality Always" culture.

·      Data Analysis & Improvement: Monitor, report, and analyze key quality KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions (8D, RCA).

·      Production Oversight: Ensure smooth quality operations in SMT/Testing/Assembly areas, intervening in production processes when necessary.

·      Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards

Requirements

·      With minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

·      Candidates with monitor display experience will be of advantage

·      must be willing to travel overseas for business purposes 1 - 2x per year.
