BT Airworks deals with the assembly, maintenance and repair of Unit Load Devices (containers, pellets, nets) and Galley carts and trolleys as well as the maintenance of refrigerated containers.

Job Summary

You will administer and enhance training programs, maintain critical maintenance and calibration data, manage vendor approvals, and lead quality assurance initiatives to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance in aerospace component repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and delivery of training programs and briefing sessions to enhance staff competencies and operational readiness
• Maintain and update all maintenance data related to component repairs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company capabilities
• Manage and regularly update the Approved Vendors List to ensure supplier reliability and quality standards
• Oversee the calibration records and maintenance of equipment used in component repairs to guarantee precision and safety
• Plan, execute, and document the company’s Audit Program to uphold regulatory and quality standards
• Respond promptly to technical and quality enquiries from workshop personnel and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve issues effectively
• Facilitate and support audits conducted by authorities and OEMs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Investigate quality issues by performing root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to mitigate recurrence
• Promote human factors and safety awareness initiatives to foster a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Minimum Diploma in Aerospace Engineering

Other Information

• Working Hours - Monday – Friday (8 am to 5.30 pm)
• Training will be provided
• Salary - $2,500+ depending on experience and qualifications.
