• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure product quality and inspection standards are met.
• Oversee quality activities across incoming inspection, assembly, rack build, repair, final inspection, and pack-out processes.
• Monitor product quality and prevent defects from reaching customers.
• Support daily quality operations, reporting, and documentation activities.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Support new product introductions, rework activities, ESD control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO requirements, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
• Escalate quality concerns and support corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate quality records and handover reports.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in quality, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, server manufacturing, computer hardware, data centre equipment, or related high-tech production environments.
• Good understanding of quality inspection processes, defect control, and production operations.
• Experience supporting quality activities within electronics or technology manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with quality documentation, reporting, and ISO requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
