Job Summary

You will lead quality assurance activities by performing inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with standards. You will analyse quality data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and uphold product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain quality standards and guidelines to optimize manufacturing output and reduce defects
• Collect and analyse quality-related data to identify issues and implement corrective actions that enhance product quality
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for quality control processes, including test plans, reports, and compliance records
• Analyse customer complaints to develop and recommend effective improvement plans that address root causes
• Utilise quality assurance tools to evaluate production processes and drive enhancements in product quality
• Confirm and implement engineering changes to maintain process and product integrity
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or manufacturing process control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively across teams
• Demonstrated responsibility, maturity, and a positive learning attitude as a team player

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to converse in Mandarin to facilitate communication in relevant operational contexts
