• Position Title: QEHS Executive (Manufacturing / Metals Industry)
• Working Location: Pioneer (Company Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of QEHS systems and initiatives.
• Manage documentation, audit support, and administrative tasks using SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Monitor and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and initiatives to promote QEHS awareness, safe practices, and performance tracking.
• Support and review QEHS matters on-site, including training and operational activities.
• Assist in incident and quality investigations, including follow-up on action plans.
• Support preparation, execution, and follow-up of QEHS and customer audits.
• Apply QEHS knowledge in documentation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in inspections and audits while collaborating with operations teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• QEHS knowledge, certifications, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Risk management certification and ISO exposure (9001, 14001, 45001) are advantageous.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training will be provided.
