QC Inspector /Rotating Shift - 4 days per week/ Morning: 7am-7pm, Night: 7pm-7am @Boon Lay

Salary range: /Basic 1300-1800; Day- $6.40 per shift; Night - $23 per shift

• Perform set-up/in-process/ outgoing inspection for production parts.

• Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and any deviations.

• Stop production if quality problems are detected and report to production m/c setter / toolmaker.

• Raise PRF and ensure rejected parts are properly identified at designated area.

• Perform outgoing inspection, and ensure Inspection status identification on production parts.

• Isolation / purging of rejected parts from good parts to avoid parts mix-up.

• Perform last piece inspection after production (or) tool down and report to toolmaker.

• Update Control Charts (X-bar/R-Charts) and CPK Data as per quality plans.

• Secondary Education with 2 years inspection experience, preferably in stamping industry.

• Know to use Smartscope, Profile projector, Toolmakers’scope, Height Gauge, etc.

• Interpretation of technical drawings, GD&T, common metal stamping quality problems.
