• Manage and process case escalations directed to the business risk team within set timelines.

• Verify that case handling aligns strictly with internal banking protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Evaluate associated risks to determine if additional data is required or if mitigation strategies are necessary.

• Flag significant issues to senior management through appropriate escalation channels.

• Pinpoint educational needs and refresh training modules, FAQs, and internal knowledge repositories.

• Conduct Quality Control (QC) by executing detailed sample testing to detect risk patterns and operational anomalies.

• Update tracking systems and synthesize data points to produce insightful management reports and trend forecasts.

• Maintain accountability for individual performance while contributing to broader business objectives.

• Foster professional relationships and clear communication with all project stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline such as Law or Accounting; professional certifications are advantageous.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional background in AML, KYC, fraud detection, or forensic accounting.

• Foundational knowledge of anti-money laundering frameworks and common financial crime methodologies.

• Prior experience delivering advisory services in financial crime and a proficiency in drafting technical reports.

• Collaborative mindset with sharp analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
