Primary Responsibilities  
. Overall planning for quality department
· Ensuring that the Quality System of the company is documented and implemented effectively to meet the AS9100 & ISO13485 QMS and arrange internal and External audit.
· Controls all the documents throughout the company
· Responsible for initiate and closure of Non-Conformance Report and Corrective and Preventive Action Reports.
· Making sure each equipment are calibrated on due time.
· Liaise with customer on all customer complaints and feedback.
· Able to Handle OR knowledge about various type of measuring instruments like Smart scope & CMM.
· Support inspection if necessary
· Able to read technical drawings and deep knowledge about GD&T
· Liaise with vendors on all quality requirements.
· Able to use software applications like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD

Requirements
· Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience in Precision Engineering
· At least 5 years precision manufacturing sector experience in Quality Assurance &/ or Quality Control
· Well versed in quality engineering (PPAP, SPC, engineering drawing reading), advanced metrology, maintenance of quality certifications, product quality inspection requirements, calibration control, customer complaints & continuous improvement
· Demonstrates resilience and drive excellence within the workplace.
