Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with manufacturing and customer quality standards.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections while managing non-conformance reports (NCR), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues, improve product yield, and support supplier quality management.
• Monitor quality metrics, process capability, and defect trends to drive continuous process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
• Support internal, external, and certification audits (e.g., ISO 9001), while maintaining quality documentation, inspection standards, and work instructions.
• Possess strong quality assurance experience in precision engineering, semiconductor tooling, EMS, or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.

You will need: -

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems required
• Min 1 year exp in relevant industry
