Job Description:

• Position: QA Admin / QA Documentation Officer   
• Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + $50 (Attendance Allowance) + AWS
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company Transport Provided
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: Permanent

MainResponsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company quality documents and records.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, properly controlled, and compliant with company procedures and quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Track corrective actions and follow up with relevant departments.
• Assist in improving documentation process and systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level.
• At least 1 year of experience in document control, quality assurance, administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
