Glory Food Products Pte Ltd

Glory Food Products is a Singapore food manufacturer producing kaya, condiments and festive products. As part of our group operations, the successful candidate will also support quality assurance and food safety activities for our affiliated coconut products business.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Production Support

• Conduct incoming, in-process and finished product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify production records, quality checks and batch documentation.
• Monitor product quality, process controls and hygiene practices during production.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate root cause investigations.

Food Safety & Compliance

• Maintain HACCP, Halal and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Conduct internal GMP, hygiene and housekeeping inspections.
• Coordinate external audits by customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Regulations and customer requirements.
• Maintain food safety and quality documentation.

Laboratory & Product Quality

• Conduct routine quality checks and product evaluations.
• Review Certificates of Analysis (COA) and product specifications.
• Monitor product shelf life studies and quality trends.
• Support product validation and new product development activities.

Training & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct food safety, hygiene and GMP training for employees.
• Promote food safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance or related discipline.
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems.
• Familiarity with Halal requirements will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
