Job Description:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of raw materials and components.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers locally and internationally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure timely supply.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements for international shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to support business operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in metal or industrial products.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation strategies, especially for international trade.
• Familiarity with export processes and documentation (Incoterms, shipping, customs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Hindi is a plus.
