• Position      : Purchasing Executive (Buyer / Procurement)
• Location      : North East – Tai Seng Drive  
• Working hours    : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm 
• Salary (commensurate with experience)     : Up to $5,000 + Up  to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing activities including PO issuance, RFQs, order confirmation, and rescheduling
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on pricing, lead time, shipment status, and delivery updates
• Negotiate for cost savings, favourable terms, and on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and support production planning to ensure smooth operations
• Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, components, and procurement needs
• Support engineering change coordination and maintain accurate purchasing data
• Prepare purchasing reports and recommend process improvements
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in contract manufacturing / electronics / electromechanical environment
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and market analysis skills
