Responsibility

• Requisition fulfilment for raw materials & tools from local/overseas suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships, resolving discrepancies, or quality issues on purchase
• Generating purchase orders, oversee delivery schedules and proper filing of documents
• Work together with warehouse supervisor to monitor stock level
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments & deliveries (including permits)
• Designing, updating and implementation of new/existing purchasing policies
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to the Purchasing function

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively with English & Chinese speaking clients preferrably
• Honest and Friendly
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Hardworking and reliable, adaptable and flexible
• Diploma in Logistics, Procurment or equivalent
• Atleast 1-2 years experience or equivalent
• IT Savvy, Proficeint in Microsoft Excel and Word

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm
• Saturday - 9 am to 1 pm
