Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers for quotations, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and adherence to FIFO practices.
• Oversee receiving, picking, and issuance of materials and hardware, verifying quantity and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including the upkeep of warehouse facilities, equipment, and hardware.
• Prepare regular stock and purchasing reports, and coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle documentation, invoicing, and provide general administrative support.
Key Requirements
· Diploma or equivalent qualification.
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems.
· Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
