PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

💰 Salary: $2,400 - $4,000 per month
(Based on experience, qualifications, and performance)

🕒 Working Schedule

• 6 Days Work Week
• Full-Time Position

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment purchases.
• Follow up on production schedules, shipments, and delivery timelines.
• Handle import, shipping, and procurement-related documentation.
• Conduct market research and cost analysis to optimize purchasing costs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and reliable delivery.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams on purchasing requirements.
• Prepare purchasing reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the furniture, home furnishing, or import industry is an advantage.
