Create, maintain and process purchase order

Planning & liaising and follow-up with vendors for shipment/delivery schedule

Manage supplier performances, and recommend quality improvement measures.

Prepare material plan, sourcing for suppliers and perform supplier analysis and negotiations.

Liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply.

Generate forecast and inventory reports, and implement cost reduction activities.

Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience. Ability to cope with high volume of paperworks.
