Job Description:

• Liaising with the Site Management or Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.
• To deal with requests and handling complaints, conflicts and feedback pertaining to the project. (E.g. From the Public, Site Management and/or Property Owners)
• Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements by the Management or Property Owners.
• Preparing and sending annexes, letters or reports to the relevant Authorities as and when needed.
• Ensure that notices are put up at the sites to keep the public informed of the works being carried out.
• Perform daily administrative support relating to the sites' operations.
• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.
