We are seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage external communications and stakeholder engagement for our construction project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to public inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the vicinity of the construction site.

• Plan and execute outreach initiatives to keep residents, businesses and stakeholders informed of construction activities and potential impacts.

• Monitor and follow up on public feedback and complaints until resolution.

• Prepare and submit monthly reports on public feedback, complaints and mitigation actions taken.

• Maintain accurate records of all public relations activities and communications.

• Prepare and distribute advance notifications and project updates in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct site visits to address public concerns and ensure effective communication.

• Support the project team in coordination of site-related activities and administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle public feedback and complaints professionally.

• Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with local community engagement practices will be an advantage.

• Friendly and approachable personality.
