Job Description

We are looking for a Public Relations Executive to support customer engagement, relationship management, and business development initiatives within an entertainment venue.

This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, enhancing guest experience, and driving repeat business through personalised service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with customers to enhance overall experience and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with returning and regular customers
  • Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and feedback
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to convert customers into regular clients
  • Promote venue packages, events, and promotional offerings
  • Support achievement of individual and team sales targets
  • Drive revenue through customer retention and service excellence

Customer Experience & Hosting

  • Support customer hosting and ensure a positive experience
  • Coordinate reservations and customer arrangements with operations team
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery

Marketing & Events Support

  • Assist in events, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Support initiatives to increase customer engagement and attendance

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related fields will be advantageous
  • Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn are welcome
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Results-driven with interest in sales and customer engagement
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, including evenings and late hours

Additional Information

  • 6-day work week (rostered schedule)
  • Working hours: Approximately 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM / 2:00 AM
  • Commission and performance-based incentives available
