Key Responsibilities

• Review and summarise tender enquiries and requirements
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare preliminary costing (including supplier quotations)
• Evaluate basic technical requirements and perform site visits where necessary
• Prepare and submit tender proposals, offer letters, and supporting documents
• Assist in bid strategy, cost analysis, and risk assessment
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Gather market/project intelligence to support tender success
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design / site works (Geotechnical preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tenders

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Working Location: Jurong
