Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the daily operational activities of the building / condominium
• Supervise, deploy, and coordinate maintenance to ensure all work adhere to legal regulations
• Monitor and ensure all maintenance works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with required service standards
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with appointed service providers for maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management
• Monitor contract performance and ensure all routine servicing and contractual works comply with agreed specifications
• Support the planning, coordination, of council meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
• Carry out operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the superior.

Requirement

• Polytechnic Diploma or Certificate in Property or Facilities Management, or an equivalent discipline
• Minimum of two years’ relevant working experience, either in commercial or residential property.
• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure
• Possesses good administrative skills with a strong level of computer literacy
