Job Description

Wu Fu Group is seeking a responsible and proactive Property Manager to oversee leasing and tenancy matters for the company’s commercial stalls and units. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new tenants, managing tenancy agreements, and ensuring timely rental collection.

This role requires close coordination with management and operational teams to maintain high occupancy rates and ensure smooth tenant operations across Singapore and Malaysia locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for company stalls and commercial units.

• Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls or units.

• Conduct site viewings with prospective tenants and explain rental terms and conditions.

• Prepare, review, and administer tenancy agreements, renewals, and leasing documentation.

• Monitor rental accounts and ensure timely collection of rental payments.

• Follow up on overdue rental payments and maintain proper tenant records.

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and handle tenancy-related enquiries or issues.

• Coordinate stall handover and takeover processes between outgoing and incoming tenants.

• Monitor occupancy levels and provide leasing performance updates to management.

• Travel between Singapore and Malaysia when required for leasing matters.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or tenant relations will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tenants and leasing matters.

• Familiarity with tenancy agreements and rental administration will be an advantage.

• Able to travel between Singapore and Malaysia when required.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
