We are a hedge fund building a new trading desk focused on global prediction and event-driven markets, spanning politics, macro, geopolitics, and sports. This role focuses on probability-based markets (e.g. prediction exchanges, betting markets), where edge comes from interpreting real-world outcomes and fast-moving information.

We are looking for traders from betting, sportsbook, or prediction market backgrounds with a proven ability to generate PnL independently (not client flow-driven). This is a rare build-from-scratch opportunity. You will bring your own edge, deploy capital, and help shape a new trading strategy within a hedge fund environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade global prediction markets across political, macro, geopolitical, and sports events

• Generate PnL through your own strategies (not client flow-driven)

• Identify mispricings and arbitrage opportunities across platforms

• Price and trade probability-based contracts (binary / multi-outcome)

• Manage risk, exposure, and capital allocation

• Monitor news, sentiment, and market movements in real time

• Help build the desk’s trading framework, tools, and processes

Qualifications 

• 3+ years experience in betting, sportsbook trading, or prediction markets

• Proven ability to consistently make money from trading

• Strong understanding of odds / probability pricing

• Comfortable in fast-moving, news-driven environments

• Disciplined risk management

• Independent, high-conviction decision maker

• Coding (Python/SQL) is a plus

• Motivated to build and scale a new trading desk

• Flexibility to align with global event calendars

Candidates coming from betting companies, sportsbooks, or similar platforms are highly preferred.
