JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works
• To lead a team of skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients, Managing Agent & Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
