2. Project Administration

·     Maintain and update all project documentation,including correspondence, drawings, and approvals.

·     Coordinate between clients, consultants,subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow.

·     Track materialdeliveries, manpower deployment, and daily site progress reports.

·     Assist in projectscheduling, meeting arrangements, and preparation of minutes.

·     Maintain project filing systems (hard copy andelectronic) in accordance with company standards.

3. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control

·     Assist in thepreparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.

·     Measure and quantifywork done for progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
