Project Manager (Voice Recording) (Contract)

Location: Singapore
Contract Type: 12-months (Extendable & Convertible)

Company / Role Overview
This position offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery of record keeping and voice recording initiatives across the Asia Pacific region within a highly regulated enterprise environment. The role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects that ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with global technology standards. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between IT, business, and compliance teams, overseeing implementation, vendor coordination, and risk management for voice recording and related infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of record keeping and voice recording projects across APAC.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with regional and global standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, application support, and business stakeholders, to drive project outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities related to infrastructure and recording solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor project progress, report milestones, and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical voice or recording-related projects in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of voice recording and telephony systems such as Cisco CUCM, IPC Unigy, MS Teams Voice, and Verint/NICE.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across global teams.
  • Familiarity with financial services compliance regulations (e.g., MiFID, Dodd-Frank) is preferred.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification and experience with global delivery models are advantageous.
