Project Manager (Robotics Deployment & Delivery)

Position Overview：

Autolife Robotics is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment and delivery of robotics and embodied AI projects across Singapore and international markets.

You will serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams after contract signing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations.

This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments involving software, hardware, AI, operations, and field deployment teams.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Project Scope Definition

• Review signed contracts, technical specifications, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Confirm project scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Prepare and maintain project scope documentation.

2. Project Planning & Execution

-Develop comprehensive project plans covering:

• Product Development
• Testing & Validation
• Deployment & Commissioning
• User Training
• Final Acceptance
• Define project milestones and monitor progress against schedule.

3. Resource Coordination & Risk Management

• Coordinate resources across Engineering, AI, Hardware, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

4. Customer Communication & Expectation Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and progress reporting.
• Manage change requests and align customer expectations with project realities.

5. Project Delivery & Closure

• Coordinate system testing, deployment, and customer acceptance activities.
• Ensure all deliverables meet contractual obligations.
• Conduct project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and project closure activities.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering robotics, intelligent hardware, automation systems, software implementation, or system integration projects is highly preferred.

Project Management Skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on schedule.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of robotics systems, AI applications, hardware integration, and software deployment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand engineering constraints.
• Certifications
• PMP certification preferred.
• Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications are advantageous.
• Tools
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Feishu Project, or equivalent project management tools.
