• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of Buildings
• Position Title: Project Manager (Residential Building Construction)
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Oversee all on-site works, including structural, architectural, building, M&E, and interior fitting works.
• Manage assigned projects to ensure progress, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and review project documents such as progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.
• Manage defect rectification and improvement works for completed projects.
• Implement and maintain quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Strong project coordination and management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience in residential building projects.
• Alternatively, a Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications such as SCDP or CCPP will be an added advantage.
