Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and consultants across design, procurement, construction, and handover stages.
• Manage authority submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations and company processes.
• Drive design development from feasibility through execution, optimizing efficiency and project strategy.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost control.
• Monitor construction progress, financial performance, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in property development, covering design, project management, administration, and site execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project.
