Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver diverse IT projects and managed services engagements. The role requires managing complex initiatives, multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high-quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, and enterprise applications to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Oversee managed services operations by monitoring SLA adherence, driving operational efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and dependencies to achieve project objectives
• Lead RFQ, proposal, and vendor management processes by providing technical and commercial input to secure optimal project outcomes
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs to support transparent project tracking
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery and quality
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive process improvements and enhance future project delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing clear, timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated ability to apply PMP-aligned project management principles
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects successfully
• Strong understanding of IT environments, including infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, and enterprise applications
• Experience with RFQ, vendor management, and procurement processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – highly preferred
• PRINCE2 certification
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification
• Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments
• Familiarity with large-scale IT projects, including cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise software deployments
