As a Project Manager / Senior Executive, you’ll be at the heart of every project — leading timelines, guiding teams, and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and design excellence.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Be the main point of contact for clients, designers, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of fit-out projects — from initial concept to final handover.
• Work closely with the design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Verify and coordinate supplier and contractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
• Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and on-site challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Ensure all designs, works, and approvals meet landlord, authority, and safety regulations.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring workmanship quality, timeline adherence, and safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation — contracts, meeting notes, reports, and cost tracking.
• Lead with confidence and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

🔧 What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in commercial or boutique interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Ability to work effectively with clients, landlords, designers, and contractors
• Passion for quality, safety, and client satisfaction
