Project Manager (Interior)

Job Scope:

Leadership and mentoring of project teams

Managing complex projects from start to finish

To support design team & quantity surveyor team  and mentoring junior staff

Responsible in prepare & submit shop drawing for Architect approval.

Responsible in prepare cut list for procurement.

Responsible in justify the work progress and prepare progress payment.

Responsible for ensuring that all projects are run efficiently, to budget and are completed on time.

Prepare weekly progress report for monitoring and progress claim purpose.

Prepare method statement & risk assessment for projects, and  suggested necessary improvements

Attend consultant's technical meeting to solve the technical issues, and reporting  the work progress to main contractor and consultants.

To utilizing negotiation skills and employing decision - making under pressure

To undertake review of project quality plans and ensure the quality of work done meet the client's requirement.
