Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Project Manager (ICT systems/ infrastructure) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 2-years contract
• Position: Project Manager (ICT systems/ infrastructure)
• Location: One North
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,100 + Bonus + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the delivery, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise initiatives, including cybersecurity systems and solutions.
• Lead project activities such as requirements gathering, system design, technical reviews, documentation, risk assessment, and audit management.
• Analyse operational requirements and translate them into business cases and technical specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that best address business needs.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, industry partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on project governance, risk, audit, and service level requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues by performing technical investigations and analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support procurement activities, including the evaluation of system proposals in accordance with tendering orquotation procedures.
• Provide cybersecurity support to other initiatives and projects as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in the implementation of ICT systems or infrastructure.
• Prior experience in civil service or government-linked projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various systems and projects simultaneously.
• Strong project, vendor, and contract management skills.
• Proven experience in risk management, change management, and system management.
