• Position Title: Project Manager (Facade & Building Envelope)
• Working Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8:30AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and manage all project operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress and maintain schedules.
• Lead the project team in managing operations, schedules, and specifications.
• Control operational costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Manage site documentation and filing in compliance with ISO standards.
• Supervise subcontractors’ activities to ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Ensure project quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Lead and guide the project team and subcontractors to achieve timely completion.
• Provide leadership to the project management and construction teams.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project and cash flow reports.
• Support tendering activities when required.Carry out any other duties as directed by the Managing Director.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with extensive knowledge of steel, glass, facades, and building envelope projects.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and lead project teams.
• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and health regulations.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to support tendering processes.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
